Most of our private corporate experiences run with groups of 8 to 30 guests. We can absolutely host larger teams (we’ve done buyouts for 100+) — we’ll just split you into smaller “tasting pods” with their own guide, so nobody is at the back of the line missing the stories or the food.
Yes — every tour on our menu can be booked as a private experience for your team. You’ll get a dedicated guide, your own pace, and the freedom to make it feel like your event rather than a public tour.
Pricing depends on city, group size, length of tour, and how much customisation you’d like. As a rough guide, private corporate experiences start at around €95 per guest, with everything — food, drinks, tastings, guide, and bookings — included. Once you send us a brief, we’ll come back with a tailored quote within one business day.
That’s our favourite part. We can build the day around your goals — a leadership offsite, a client thank-you, a team welcome, a conference add-on — and weave in things like a private chef demo, a hands-on pasta-making class, branded welcome menus, an icebreaker activity between stops, or a wine pairing finale. Tell us what you want the team to feel by the end, and we’ll design backwards from there.
Plenty. Some of the most-requested corporate formats are a progressive dinner across three or four neighbourhood spots, a market-to-table cooking experience, a behind-the-scenes visit with a third-generation artisan producer, and competitive team challenges (cicchetti hunts, gelato taste-offs, pizza-making contests). Happy to share examples from past clients.
